Description
- Crafted with advanced SF-2 composite material, this wrapped oilless bearing bushing features a built-in solid lubricant layer with a unique oil storage hole design. It eliminates the need for regular grease lubrication, reduces friction and wear significantly, and delivers long-lasting, maintenance-free performance even in continuous operation, saving you time and maintenance costs.
- Made of high-strength steel backing with a copper-plated surface and a PTFE-based friction-reducing layer, this composite bearing sleeve offers exceptional radial load capacity, impact resistance, and wear resistance. The hardened steel base provides structural stability, while the low-friction inner layer ensures smooth operation, making it ideal for heavy-duty industrial and mechanical applications
- Perfect replacement sleeve for a wide range of equipment, including industrial machinery, hydraulic cylinders, automotive chassis, gearboxes, agricultural equipment, construction machinery, mold guide systems, and more. Available in a full range of standard inner diameters, outer diameters, and lengths to fit diverse mechanical components and maintenance needs.
- Each SF-2 self-lubricating bushing is manufactured to strict international dimensional standards with tight tolerances and a wrapped split design. The split structure allows for easy press-fit installation without modification, ensuring a snug, secure fit in the mounting bore, reducing vibration, and preventing premature wear and equipment downtime.
- Designed to withstand high temperatures, high loads, and dusty or corrosive working conditions, this oilless bearing bushing maintains consistent performance in extreme environments. The corrosion-resistant copper surface and stable lubricant layer ensure long service life, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor heavy-duty applications.
