This exhaust gasket from Quad Logic is manufactured from a thick stainless steel mesh wrapped in an outer layer of graphite. It is designed to perform just as well as the stock Polaris gasket. Approximate size is 2-1/4" OD, 2" ID, and 1-1/4" tall. Exact replacement for your 2005-09 Sportsman 800 (Dual Muffler Models Only). This gasket is located between the two mufflers. Sold each. Replaces Polaris 5246375.
