Description
- HFP-TS1 is a precision-engineered fuel tank seal kit designed specifically for Suzuki GSX-R models, specifically 1997-2000 GSX-R600 and 1996-1999 GSX-R750 (MODEL T/V); Direct replacement for OE # 44590-02820
- This kit features a heavy-duty metal tank seal designed to provide a rigid, high-pressure gasket between the fuel pump mounting plate and the tank, ensuring your early gixxers fuel system remains airtight and leak-free
- Includes a complete set of replacement mounting bolts; on classic SRAD models, original hardware is prone to stripping and corrosionreplacing the bolts during a tank service is essential for a secure and professional installation
- When should you replace your tank seal? A failing seal is the primary cause of fuel odors, gas weeping around the tank base, and loss of fuel system pressure; this metal gasket is built to withstand the chemical stress of modern ethanol-blended fuels
- Get back on the road with confidence Guaranteed As a US-based small business, we understand the frustration of downtime and are here to help you get back to your passion. Backed by our lifetime warranty, we stand by our products and our community
