Description
- PLUG PLAY WITH DIYReady to install right out of the box. This 6-way fuse and relay module kit includes four 4-pin 40A JD1912 relays and six ATC/ATO blade fuses (5A, 10A x 2, 15A, 20A, 25A x 2, 30A x 2). You can replace these fuses according to actual needs
- Safe Current Limitations While the relays are rated for 80A, the system's actual limit depends on the pre-installed 4mm wire gauge. It safely sustains a 30A maximum continuous load per circuit, and the total combined current across all circuits must not exceed 96A. Always verify your accessory's operating amperage before connecting to prevent overheating or blown fuses. (An unwired version is available for custom heavy-gauge projects)
- DUSTPROOF SHELLFeatures a secure top cover that effectively blocks dust, dirt, and debris while protecting active circuits from accidental contact. NOTE: This unit is strictly dustproof and can handle light water splashes, but it is NOT completely waterproof. Please mount it in a dry location, such as the cabin or a protected under-hood area, away from direct rain or submersion
- DOUBLE PROTECTIONEngineered for ultimate electrical safety. The four pre-wired relays are connected in series with the fuses, delivering reliable double overcurrent protection for your circuits. A highly versatile 12V power management solution perfectly suited for headlights, fog lights, air horns, fuel pumps, cooling fans, LS swaps, and custom aftermarket builds on 4x4s, trucks, SUVs, and RV trailers
- VERIFY MOUNTING CLEARANCETo ensure a seamless installation, please carefully review the product dimensions shown in the listing images prior to purchase 134mm x 80mm x 70mm (5.28 x 3.15 x 2.76). Confirm that your vehicle has adequate mounting clearancewhether under the hood, under the dash, or in the trunkto accommodate both the box's overall footprint and the necessary space for the bottom wire exits
