Description
- Core component: It consists of fuel chamber, spring chamber, diaphragm and oil return valve. The diaphragm is controlled by the balance of fuel pressure and spring force.
- Oil return mechanism: when the oil pressure exceeds the set value (for example, 3.0bar), the diaphragm pushes open the valve to make excess fuel return to the oil tank.
- Common locations: the end of the fuel distribution pipe, above the filter or at the outlet of the oil pump.
- Replacement principle: the fault needs to be replaced as a whole, and the diaphragm or spring cannot be repaired.
- Preventive maintenance: regularly check the integrity of diaphragm and spring elasticity.
